How do I find out the opening times, addresses and facilities for Shangoo stores ?

Shangoo operates predominately as an online store and hence operates 24/7, we however frequently run promotions at various locations across South Africa’s major centres where we will show case and sell our merchandise. Look out for these details on our website, facebook page and twitter account.

I have written to Retail Customer Services. How soon will I get a response?

For letters sent to our physical address we aim to respond to all received queries within 10 working days from date of receipt.

For email and messages sent from our website we aim to get back to you within 24 hours, although if we experience higher than expected contact volumes, it may take slightly longer.

Who do I contact if I experience a technical error on the website?

You may contact our technical team at support@shangoo.co.za with full details of the error.

ORDERING

What can I do if I cannot find what I am looking for?

At Shangoo we listen to the voices of our customers, please contact our customer care team at service@shangoo.co.za with a description of what you are looking for.

What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?

You may add the item to your wish list using the wish list function on your customer profile and we will advise you as soon as we have stock.

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Keep an eye on your inbox as we’ll keep you updated about your order via email. Remember to check all your email folders, including Junk, Updates, Promotions etc.

We aim to deliver in line with our delivery policy. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email. Should you not receive your order with in the estimated period please feel free to contact service@shangoo.co.za.

I can't find something I've seen in your promotion?

Our promotions sometimes feature items early, so if you've seen something but can't find it online, we may not have started selling it yet. Please keep checking our website as we update stock daily.

Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?

Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address on your profile and select it as the delivery address on check out.

What shipping methods and providers are available?

At the moment we offer only offer standard delivery (see delivery policy) for products from the Shangoo website. We however aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

How can I pay?

Our website accepts credits card payments from all major banks but you can also pay using EFT.

How safe is it to use my credit card on your site?

All our online credit card payments are processed through PayFast. PayFast is a payments processing service for South Africans and South African websites. It enables easy, secure and instant transfer of money from online buyers to sellers. We do not store your credit card details. When a buyer clicks to pay, they get to choose their preferred payment method and securely completes the transaction on PayFast’s servers.

What do I do if my credit card details are not accepted?

The first step is to check with your bank to rule out any problems that may be occurring on that side. If you still experience difficulties, contact Customer Service, and they will alert our IT team to correct the problem.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

How do I return my purchase?

What if the item I bought is defective?

Shangooo ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. Should it happen that your item is defective then please contact us at service@shangoo.co.za. The time period for such a return is the same as any other return. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Service, and you will be provided with store credit or you can contact our Customer Loyalty team for assistance.
